Not only has the corresponding export tax rebate policy been cancelled, but the sword that is suspected of being a military product needs to be certified by the national weapons management department before it can be exported. Since then, the export of Longquan swords has almost stagnated.

In 2013, with the great attention of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, the Tariff Department of the Ministry of Finance took the lead in coordinating the classification of Longquan Baojian products under the tax number "9307", and a new export "identity card". Since then, Longquan Baojian's export business has recovered. Since 2017, under the strong support and guidance of the Provincial Department of Finance, the Department of Commerce, the Taxation Bureau, and Hangzhou Customs, Longquan has actively applied for policy support for the export tax rebate of Longquan swords and swords through the report docking with the Taxation Department of the Ministry of Finance, and has won export The 13% tax rebate policy was formally implemented on September 15 last year. From January to July this year, the cumulative export value of the Longquan sword industry reached 11.87 million yuan, an increase of nearly four times compared with the same period last year.
